Edited in four volumes by Jolando Scarpa. The “Ricasoli” Collection is a valuable document of Central-Italian organ artistry in the second half of the eighteenth century, and thus comparable in terms of style and musical quality to the works of Padre Martini. Found in it are all the forms of organ music usual at the time: free toccatas, fugues, and liturgical versets for Masses and other religious services.
